How to Delete Your OFWako Account (For Job Seekers)
At OFWako, we value your privacy and control over your data. Whether you're a job seeker who's finished your overseas journey or an agency that no longer wishes to maintain your presence on the platform, this guide will walk you through the entire account deletion process.
Go to www.ofwako.com
Desktop: Click the “Join Today” button at the top-right corner.
Mobile: Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
Then tap “Join Today” from the menu.
On the next screen, select “Job Seeker” as your role.
After selecting your role, tap/click the “Continue” button.
You’ll be directed to the sign-in screen. Log in using:
Email & Password
Desktop: Click your profile icon on the top-right corner and select “Account Settings”
Mobile: Tap the menu icon (☰) again, then go to “Account Settings”
Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and click or tap on “Delete Account”
Once you click "Delete Account", you'll go through the following confirmation flow:
1. Warning Prompt
“Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action is permanent and cannot be undone.”
Tap or click “Proceed to Delete”
2. Email Verification
3. Enter the Code
Paste the code into the verification screen to proceed with deletion.
4. Final Confirmation Message
Your account has been deleted. We're sorry to see you go! Your OFWako account has been permanently deleted.
Click the button ''Back to Home''
You’ll be back to the main page and receive a confirmation message that your account has been deleted.
